Cancellation policy

We understand that plans change. That is why we first offer free solutions and only charge a cancellation fee when the seat can no longer reasonably be filled.

Free of charge

• Send a replacement – tell us about the change of participant at least 2 days before the course starts.
• Move to another date of the same course – once free of charge, if you tell us at least 7 days before the start and there is a free seat on the new date.

Cancelling your place

Send us your cancellation by e-mail to [doplňte: contact e-mail] and state the order number. What counts is when the e-mail reaches us.

• 14 or more days before the course starts – no fee, we refund the full amount.
• Fewer than 14 but at least 7 days before the start – cancellation fee of 50 % of the price.
• Fewer than 7 days before the start, or not attending without cancelling – cancellation fee of 100 % of the price. If we find a replacement for you from the waiting list, we charge no fee.

Days are counted up to the day the course starts (the first session). If you ordered several seats, the conditions apply to each cancelled seat separately.

Refunds

We refund the amount, less any cancellation fee, within 14 days using the same method you paid with. For the refund we issue a credit note, which you will find in the customer area. If you have not paid yet, we will only invoice the cancellation fee.

If we cancel the course

We will offer you another date or refund the full amount. We charge you no fee.

Tailored company training

For training tailored to your company, the cancellation terms stated in the accepted proposal apply.

Consumer rights

This cancellation policy does not limit a consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion under section 9 of the terms and conditions. During this period we charge no cancellation fee, except the proportionate price for the part of the course already provided if the course started earlier at your request.
